Poached (or grilled, baked or blackened) Salmon in a lemon caper sauce.Served with garlic mashers and grilled parmesan aparagus.

Tenderloin Filet in a Blue Cheese Demi-Glaze,served with roasted rosemary potatoes and sauteed veggies(this is always on the special board).

(Always one special pasta)Blackened chicken pasta on pennewith sundried tomatoes,grilled aparagus tips and roasted shallots; tossed in lightly spicy olive oil or tomato basil.

Seafood Pasta,on egg or spinach linguine,topped with New Zealand mussels,shrimp,fresh halibut and scallops in a tomato-sherry marinara.

The specials run from $13 to $18 and $25 for Filet.
